| Summary, etc. | La Morfofisiología está constituida por un grupo de ramas científicas que estudian la estructura del organismo desde distintos puntos de vista: la anatomía que estudia la estructura<br/>macroscópica, la embriología que estudia el desarrollo prenatal de las estructuras del organismo y la fisiología que estudia las funciones y cambios que ocurren en las estructuras<br/>durante el período posnatal. El conocimiento de las estructuras normales del organismo y sus funciones permite determinar las posibles alteraciones producidas por cualquier afección y según sus características se podrá diagnosticar o identificar la enfermedad. El Instituto Tecnológico Superior Stanford con su carrera de Tecnología en Emergencias Médicas, estimó oportuno elaborar un Módulo de esta asignatura el cual contiene información sobre conocimientos actualizados en la materia en cuestión, con el fin de ayudar a resolver las inquietudes de los estudiantes en cuanto a la Morfofisiología. |
